The previous season leader of the Norwegian cross-country team Lukas Bauer, would like to be coached by Sweden Reto Burgermeister, who works with Russians.

Due to Bauer's words he has a preliminary agreement with Burgermeister, but now everything depends on the Cross-Country Ski Federation of Russia (CCSFR).

"Strong partners are needed for good trainings. I visited several training camps of Russians and understood that it is exactly what I need. Still many things depend on the position of the RCCSF officials".
