The many-time World Champion Norwegian Marit Bjoergen talks her preparation process for the Olympic Games while being at a training camp at Sjusjoen.

“Next season I plan to reduce the number of training hours from 950 to 900, but preparations must be better quality. So if I need rest, I will take rest – it is very important”.
