Norwegian skiers will get simulator of Sochi Olympic courses
A new sports-center “Granosen” at Trondheim will have a new skiing simulator which costs 1,3 million euro.

Members of the Norwegian national cross country skiing team will use it for preparation to the Olympic Games Sochi-2014. Every meter of the Olympic courses (except turns) will be uploaded to a system connected with a running track and big screens.

The same simulator was used by the Sweden national cross country skiing team before the Vancouver Olympics. As a results Marcus Hellner and Marina Charlotte Kalla won two gold medals each.
