Norwegian ski jumpers train at... night
The coach of the Norwegian national ski jumping team Austrian specialist Aleksander Stokl invented a new way to help athletes overcome stress.

At 1.30 a.m. he knocks athlete’s door and says: “Get up, we have a training now, you should do five jumps from the hill”.

“We want the guys to be stressed to see the way they will react. It is commonly known that delays due to bad weather conditions or other reason take place often. They must be prepared for these things as well as possible”.
