The Universiade at Kazan became an advertising platform for a new sport project.

During the Summer Universiade at Kazan the bid of Krasnoyarsk for organization of the Winter Universiade-2019 was presented.

The Director of the non-profit organization "Krasnoyarsk-2019" Ivan Akman stated that freestyle is included into the list of additional disciplines, which is formed on the organizer's will.
