The President of the Russian Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Federation Alexandr Uvarov wrote an open letter to the Head of Nizhniy Novgorod Region.

The issue of the letter is reconstruction of ski jumps in Nizhniy Novgorod. We remind that decision of its reconstruction was made in 2006 but works began in 2012. Alexander Uvarov is afraid that after dismantling that is already done new ski jumps won't appear.
