The experienced Austrian snowboarder Siegfried Grabner, who competed in slalom discipline, announced he will retire after the Olympic Games in Sochi.

“Definitely my goal is to compete in Sochi. Austria can send four athletes in slalom and have the chance to be one of them. Previous season showed that I can successfully compete with any athlete and my age is not a point”.

What I will do after the Olympics? I have a lot of plans. I will make a movie about freeride, improve snowboards – I have several thoughts about that.
