Olympic ski-cross champion gets injured
The Swiss skier Michael Smidt, the Olympic Champion in ski-cross 2013, won’t take part in the first World Cup which will take part on 6-7 December in Canadian Nakiska.

During the last training Smidt felt pain in a knee and a medical examination showed that there is a tension of cruciate ligament. Following medic’s recommendations the athlete took a 5-week rest to recovery.
