Cross-country skier from Venezuella Cesar Baena applied for help to Vladimir Putin to get the possibility to participate in the Olympic Games Sochi-2014.

“Recently I communicated with representatives of the International Olympic Committee and International Ski Federation about receiving of a “wild card”, but they said it won’t be used. How is it possible? The Olympic Games is a competition for everyone.

I know that Russia invests a lot in this Games. And I hope that Vladimir Putin will give a chance to people who are in similar situation.
