17th and 18th April 2015 will see the traditional spring meetings of the FIS Sub-Committees in the disciplines of Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined at the Hilton Hotel Zurich Airport (SUI).
The Committees will evaluate the past season and plan for the coming 2015/16 winter. The topics on the agenda include the presentation of future competition calendars as well as detailed discussions about rules, formats and equipment which usually result in a set of proposals.
All proposals will then be submitted to the National Ski Associations, before the Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Committees review them to submit to the FIS Council.
Among the Committees meeting are the Nordic Combined Executive Board, the Sub-Committees for Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Youth & Children’s Questions, Jumping Hills, Nordic Combined Officials, Rules & Control, Ski Jumping Calendar Planning, Equipment & Control, as well as the Ski Jumping Coordination Group.
