World Snow Day registration is open and off to a flying start

On Wednesday, 1st July World Snow Day registration opened with a bang. Many Organisers were in the hunt to take the Line Honors award and be the first World Snow Day event to register and win a CHF 1000 prize. With only seconds separating the first registrants, the title went to Belgium and the Sneeuwsport Vlaanderen with their World Snow Day at Ice Mountain.

Despite the stiff competition for the Line Honors Award it was positive to see many World Snow Day Organisers registering early. Some big names included Cortina d’Ampezzo (ITA), Madonna di Campiglio (ITA), St. Anton am Arlberg (AUT), Parnassos Ski Resort (GRE), Glenshee Ski Centre (GBR), Villars (SUI), Ski Haus Sports Center (USA) and Himchal Pradesh (IND) amongst many others. In total 18 countries have registered in the first week.
