Construction work continues in the Nordic Center Planica, also after the work on the new ski flying hill was completed.

Floodlights were now installed for the large and normal hill, further works on the infrastructure (e.g. streets, parking lots, stands) shall be finished by November.

In addition a special "Adrenalin-Park" with a ski jumping theme shall be completed in October. This park shall further promote the tourism in the region around Kranjska Gora.

Already in the upcoming winter there will be intense activity in the Nordic Center in northern Slovenia. In the cross country stadium right next to the ski flying hill, a World Cup (sprint and team sprint) will be held mid January.

The ski jumping Continental Cup follows early February, the winter season will then conclude with the highlight: the World Cup final on the ski flying hill mid March.
