In his role as the President of the Association of International Olympic Winter Sports Federations (AIOWF) Gian Franco Kasper was among the participants of the Olympic Summit in Lausanne (SUI) last weekend to review the implementation of Olympic Agenda 2020.

Led by IOC President Thomas Bach, key sports leaders discussed a number of topics which are important to the future of the Olympic Movement and made a set of recommendations in a unified approach. The main areas under discussion were protecting the clean athletes, good governance and autonomy, the Olympic Channel, and the new Olympic Games candidature procedure.
