Snow Controller Terje Lund of the Norwegian Ski Federation has confirmed the second World Cup weekend of the season 2017/18 in Lillehammer.

On the Lysgårdsbakken, the snow production is finished. Grooming is ongoing and the organisers plan to open the hills for training on Wednesday. In Birkebeineren Stadium, snow production is still ongoing. The stadium and sprint course are set to open by the end of the week and all other tracks during the weekend.

With a stable, cold weather forecast and some snow coming in at the end of the week, things are looking positive.
