Joachim Bruder, the snow controller for the World Cup finals in Schonach has given green light for the last competition weekend of the season 2017/18. As in past years, the final two events, one Individual Gundersen and one Final Individual Gundersen for the best 30 athletes with two jumps and 15 km of skiing will be held in the Black Forest. 

The preparation works at the Langenwaldschanze and the cross-country track in the Wittenbachtal have been under way for most of the week and are now truly picking up speed. Countless helpers and volunteers, a well-filled snow depot and the forecasted constant wintry temperatures will help to ensure the success of the weekend.
