The integrity of sport depends on the outcome of sporting events and competitions being based entirely on the competing merits of the participants involved.

As a means of safeguarding the integrity of the sport of skiing and snowboarding, FIS has recently issued Betting and other Anti-Corruption Rules which came into effect on 1st July 2013.

These Rules shall apply to all participants who are registered with or accredited by FIS or the Organiser of an event published in the FIS Calendar (according to the provisions of ICR 223.2.1).
