First NorAm Cup results are in
Yesterday saw this season's first NorAm Cup parallel event at Copper Mountain.
And as many European teams did travel the ditch to train in Colorado over the past couple of days and weeks, the field was pretty deep and strong featuring some of the world's greatest race boarding talents,
However, it was Snowboard Team Austria who took it all. Well, almost.
On the women's side, young racer Sabine Schöffmann won the finals against her fellow country woman Marion Kreiner. Patrizia Kummer of Switzerland took third.
On the men's side, it was 2010 Olympic PGS Silver medalist Benjamin Karl underlining his strength by edging off Frenchman Sylvain Dufour to second spot.
US' very own Justin Reiter finished in third position.
