The 49th International Ski Congress will take place in Barcelona (SPA) from 1st - 6th June 2014 and the registration deadline of 15th April is quickly approaching.

Since rooms at the official venue Hotel Rey Juan Carlos 1 are allocated on receipt of the registrations, National Ski Associations and participants are recommended to register as soon as possible.

It will be the fourth time that the Royal Spanish Winter Sports Federation has welcomed the FIS bi-annual gathering of its Member National Ski Associations, the previous occasions were Madrid in 1961, Barcelona in 1969 and Puerto de la Cruz in 1981.

The meetings of the Technical Committees and the Council will take place at the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I, whilst the General Assembly will be at the neighbouring Catalunya Conference Centre.
