Last year the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Organisers in Levi (FIN) started the tradition of awarding the winners with a Lapland reindeer. Mikaela Shiffrin and Marcel Hirscher became proud owners of two baby reindeers they named Rudolf and Ferdinand, respectively. The tradition will continue this year and the winners of the slalom competitions on 15th and 16th November 2014 will be gifted reindeers which they will name before they join Rudolf and Ferdinand at the Ounaskievari Reindeer Farm close to Levi.
