Due to the continuous warmer temperatures in the federal state of Vorarlberg there is still not enough snow for the FIS Snowboard Cross World Cup opener in Montafon scheduled for the 18th and 19th of December.

After today's snow control, the race had to be officially cancelled.

FIS is searching for possibilities of a replacement later during this season.
