Alpencup in Seefeld rescheduled to January
Good news also for the third level of the Nordic Combined sport: the cancelled Alpencup weekend in Seefeld has been rescheduled to take place at the Tyrolean venue during the beginning of January.
On the 5th and 6th of January, two competitions each will take place in Seefeld for the ski jumpers and Nordic Combined athletes, a 5km and a 10 km event being on schedule for Nordic Combined.
With the competitions in Seefeld, the Alpencup kicks off its winter season, too. After two summer competition weekends in Seefeld and Tschagguns, Bernhard Flaschberger, who has also debuted in the World Cup since then, is in the lead in the overall standings with 232 points. Ranks two and three are held by Noa Ian Mraz (215) and Vinzenz Geiger (162).
