Nice set-up for Quebec big air
Just as in the years before, Local Organisers of the Snowboard Jamboree are hosting once again an in-city big air World Cup event, right in the heart of downtown Quebec City.

It's the 7th time since 2009 the Snowboard Freestyle World Cup tour stops by hosting the big air at Îlot Fleurie and between two highways.

Over the past eight weeks, 100 workers have built a massive 91 metres long and 35 metres high ramp which weights a total of 180,000 pounds without snow.

In order to run a superb big air snowboard show, the second one ever for women and men, 15,200 m³ of snow cover the structure and make the venue one of its kind.

The qualifiers are scheduled for Feb 18th while the finals will be staged on Feb 20th.
