About seven weeks before the start of the Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, the preparations at the venues in South Korea entered the final phase.

The snow production in the Alpensia Ski Jumping Center started on December 18th and because temperatures below zero are also expected for the upcoming days, four snow cannons are running at full tilt.

A total of four Ski Jumping events (3 x men, 1 x ladies) on the normal and large hill will be held at the Winter Games in Pyeongchang, that will be officially opened on February 9th.
