Hotels of the Olympic village will be in demand after the Olympic Games, if the whole region is developed.

Analytics state that the building of 30 hotels with 25 000 rooms is in progress now (no taking into account 31 000 rooms that was available before the building). Experts say that soon Sochi will get a serious PR-support all over the world and it will help business to develop.

All the popular hotel brands will be represented at Sochi. It will not only make the services more high-quality, but also may lower the prices.
