The President of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC), the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, Alexander Zhukov will pretend to become a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

The respective application with a signature of Aleksandr Zhukov and three current members of the IOC is already sent to the International Olympic Committee.
