The presentation of Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games Sochi-2014 took place in General Headquarters of the European parliament in Brussels.

It was organized by a full-time ambassador of Russia in European Union famous athlete and an owner of 5-th dan in taekwondo Slavi Binew.
