The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin called “brilliant” the result of participation of young athletes at the Universiade in Italy and noticed that it proves the high level of sport preparation of Russian youth.

“I congratulate you with such a brilliant performance and wish you success” - said Putin at a meeting with Russian participants of the Universiade.
