Svenja Wurth seriously injured
Svenja Würth fell during training in Chaikovsky and injured her neck.

Germany's Svenja Würth suffered a grave fall in the official training for the World Cups in Chaikovsky, Russia. The 20 year old, who is currently on the 22nd place in the overall World Cup thereby injured some vertebra of her neck. German head coach Andras Bauer said to Berkutschi.com, that Würth is doing as good as can be expected under the circumstances. Würth is getting prepared for a transport to Germany, where further examinations will be done.

Due Baur's words Wurth will skip 6 months of competitions and won't participate in the Olympic Games.
