All Nordic teams of the French Ski Federation are currently on location for a 15-day-camp as Nordic Magazine reports.

The cross-country skiers, biathletes, ski jumpers and Nordic Combined athletes met at the Centre National du Nordique for some discipline-specific training but the focal point of this camp is to work on the cohesion of the groups. It's also for the new members on the FFS coaching staff to get to know everybody like for example Julien Robert who is new with the group of female biathletes and Francois Faivre who works with the cross-country skiers now.

So the camp features cycling for the biathletes, jumping training at Premanon for the jumpers and roller-skiing for the cross-country skiers. In the upcoming days some more different activities like Nordic jogging or VO2 max tests will be on schedule for the athletes. Some of the endurance athletes also sleep in hypoxia chambers to simulate nights in high altitude.
