Anders Jacobsen wins Norwegian Championships
The Norwegian national Championships on the large hill were held on the Holmenkollen in Oslo on Tuesday.

The win in this competition, at with that also the King's Cup, went to Anders Jacobsen, who showed jumps on 132.5 m and 135.5 m for a total of 297.6 points.

"I'm very happy. Since Willingen I made some changes, but what exactly that is remains my secret. I'm now able to get over the skis better and fly longer. This is perfect now for the World Cup on the large hill next weekend, and then on the very large facility a week later", said Jacobsen, after his fifth win in the King's Cup, to the Norwegian newspaper VG.

Anders Fannemel finished second with 130 m and 134 m (290.6 points). Rune Velta, who was leading almost three points ahead of Jacobsen after the first round, could not defend this top position with 129.5 m in the final and came in third, close behind Fannemel. "The second jump was simply by far not as good as the first one. The first jump was okay, the second one was bad. And in this field it's then only enough for the third place", Velta is quoted on vg.no.
