Today marks the beginning of the second Italian training camp which will take place divided between Predazzo and Riva del Garda. For the upcoming Tuesday, a first timed roller-ski test is planned on the slope of the Passo Manghen.

Less than two months after the FIS Cross-Country World Cup season 2015/16 presented by Viessmann concluded in Canada, the world’s best cross-country skiers have returned to training for next season including its major highlight, the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti (FIN).

The Cross Country season 2017 started record early last weekend (21-22.05.2016) with FIS Rollerskiing events for both juniors and seniors in Torsby, Sweden.

61 athletes have been named to the 2016/2017 National teams, including 26 athletes to the Development Groups and NextGen Programme.

U.S. Snowboarding has announced its nominations for the 2016-17 season. Nominations include those active athletes who qualified based on published selection criteria in the prior season.

A total of eight riders make the national team member status with 36 more athleaes spread over the A-, B- and C-Team.
