French team narrows down athletes for first World Cups

French head coach Jerome Laheurte is one step closer to nominating his four athletes for the first World Cup stages in Scandinavia, as Nordic Magazine reports. At the end of a training camp in Oberhof, two internal test event were held after which the coaching staff named six athletes to travel to Scandinavia and fight for the four quota places of the French team.
Pittin wins tenth national title of his career

No big surprises at the Italian national championships in Val di Fiemme today: team number one Alessandro Pittin took home the tenth title of his career by beating our Lukas Runggaldier clearly with 41.6 seconds after one jump on Predazzo’s HS 106 hill and a 10-kilometre roller-ski event.
