Dawid Kubacki won the first individual competition of the FIS Grand Prix 2015

The Polish ski jumpers took the win in the team competitions at the FIS Grand Prix opener. In front of their home crowd, Maciej Kot, Dawid Kubacki, Piotr Zyla and Kamil Stoch took a clear win ahead of Germany and World Champion Norway with their total of 1042.7 points.

After the new control procedure of the FIS to measure the crotch length of the jumping suit was already used at COC and other FIS competitions this summer, the procedure is now also implemented at the FIS Grand Prix in Wisla.

FIS Rollerski World Cup has passed its halfway point. After 6 out of 12 competitions Sweden tops the current World Cup ranking. Linn Somskaer and Robin Norum are the FIS Rollerski World Cup leaders after Madona (LAT).

The start field of this year’s Blink Festival 2015 is packed with big names of Cross-Country Skiing and Biathlon.

French head coach Jerome Laheurte is satisfied. After his team completed a four-day training camp at the Summer Grand Prix venue of Tschagguns in the Montafon region in Austria, the group is making good progress.

Day two of the Australia New Zealand Cup took place at Cardrona Alpine Resort today as snowboarders competed in the halfpipe.

Cardrona Alpine Resort’s world-class slopestyle course provided a testing ground for New Zealand’s up and coming freeski athletes as they competed in the International Ski Federation (FIS) Australia New Zealand Cup.

Ski jumpers are looking ahead to the 22nd edition of the FIS Grand Prix which begins on 31st July 2015.

Only four weeks remain until the start of Argentina’s Ushuaia Loppet and the first ever Worldloppet competition on the continent of South America.
