After high winds forced the postponement of Friday's scheduled slopestyle qualifying session, a full day of qualifiers and finals went down on Friday at the Valmalenco 2015 Junior World Championships.

It was another big day for two of the rising stars in the world of moguls skiing, as 16-year-old Perrine Laffont (FRA) and 20-year-old Sergey Pavlenko (RUS) each made it two wins in a row on Thursday, taking dual moguls gold at the Valmalenco 2015 Freestyle Ski Junior World Championships.

For the second straight year, Idre Fjäll (SWE) played host to the FIS Speed Ski World Cup Finals. Just like the World Championships in Grandvalira (AND), it was Italy that took the glory.

Lucas Eguibar (SPA) and Nelly Moenne Loccoz (FRA) took home the season snowboard cross titles in the final race of the season in La Molina (SPA).

From 24th March to 1st April 2015, the FIS Freestyle Junior World Ski Championships will showcase over 300 talented youngsters from 27 countries in Chiesa/Valmalenco (ITA). It is the fourth consecutive time that the experienced Organisers are hosting the prestigious event.

Perrine Laffont (FRA) and Aleksey Pavlenko (RUS) took gold in an exciting moguls competition on 25th March 2015.In the ladies’ category, Avital Shimko and Jaelin Kauf (both USA) scored silver and bronze.

The 2014/15 Audi FIS Ski World Cup came to an end on Sunday in Méribel (FRA) with the fight for the Overall Titles going down to the wire.

Jurij Tepes won a highly dramatic Ski Jumping World Cup final in Planica.

Petter Eliassen and Therese Johaug have won the 2015 Birkebiener, both in record times. Eliassen (NOR)- the recent Vasaloppet champion - pulled away from 2015 World Cup Overall champion Martin Johnsrud Sundby (NOR) in the final kilometers to win by +10.2 seconds. In third was John Kristian Dahl (NOR) +15.4 seconds behind.

Charlotte Bankes (FRA) and Christopher Robanske (CAN) have come out victorious of this season's third and last snowboard cross race which took place in La Molina, Spain today and wrapped up the 2015 FIS Snowboard World Cup tour.
