It was another weekend and another win for the top two skiers on the FIS Freestyle moguls World Cup tour, as Britt Cox (AUS) and Mikael Kingsbury (CAN), both massive frontrunners on the World Cup leaderboard, took the wins in the first of this weekend’s back-to-back competitions.

Stefan Kraft won the first of two Ski Jumping World Cup competitions in PyeongChang (KOR) in an oustanding manner.

Sara Takanashi took the win in the second competition of the FIS World Cup Ladies Ski Jumping in Pyeongchang.

Great day for the Japanese Ski Jumping ladies in Pyeongchang (KOR): While Yuki Ito won the first competition of the FIS World Cup on the new Olympic hill, teammate Sara Takanashi came in 2nd and made her 4th victory in the overall World Cup perfect.

It became tradition that following the Nations’ Team Event, the World Championship would host a Charity Race. 

National team rosters for Finland, Norway, Sweden and France for the upcoming World Cup weekend 18-19 February in Otepää, Estonia.

The Swiss had another amazing day at the 2017 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships after Luca Aerni earned the alpine combined gold medal. His teammate Mauro Caviezel took home the bronze medal, bringing the medal tally for the host nation to six in as many races.

The second competition day of the Snowjamboree World Cup event in Quebec is in the books with Johanne Killi (NOR) and Andri Ragettli (SUI) taking home big victories in slopestyle finals staged in Stoneham Mountain Resort. 

Eva Samkova (CZE) and Lucas Eguibar (ESP) have topped the time trials for the first event of back-to-back snowboard cross races staged in Feldberg, Germany this weekend.

It was back to medal action at the 2017 Alpine World Ski Championships in St. Moritz (SUI) when the ladies’ were on stage for today’s alpine combined.
