After weeks of speculation, the confirmation of Julia Mancuso’s deal with Swiss ski manufacturer Stöckli came through a photo posted by the American on her Facebook page.

“I am officially STOKED on my move to Stöckli Outdoor Sports,” she wrote under a photo showing her with a big grin on her face.’

“The three-year contract has been signed,” Stoeckli CEO Marc Glaeser confirmed the American’s ski brand change.

A few days earlier, following her announcement of taking a season off the sport, Tina Maze hinted that Mancuso’s move from HEAD to Stöckli might be final when she tweeted that her serviceman would stick to the Swiss brand but with a new protégé – Mancuso. The two had previously already worked together when Mancuso skied on Rossignol.
