Austrian snowboarders Marion Kreiner, Ina Meschik and Sabine Schoeffmann have been part of a cross-discipline training session organised by Assistant Coach Gitti Koeck.

The OESV trio went to the "la pura women’s health resort kamptal" where it was joined by ski jumper Eva Pinkelnig.

Over the past days, intensive gym sessions were on the unit as well as cycling tours or some yoga training.

The fun factor played also an important role as the four sports women went for a visit in the high rope course in Rosenburg, got some cooking lessons or capitalized on the spa area of their resort.

“We had some pretty good days in 'la pura' which offered very good opportunities for us. Everybody was fully motivated, and thanks to the nice feedback we are thinking of hosting another work shop like this next season, hopefully with some more athletes form other disciplines”, said Koeck.

Marion Kreiner explained: “As the spring was more or less full of individual training, the time in Kamptal was a nice variation of the routine.“

And team mate Sabine Schoeffmann added: „We took advantage of the last days. It was very good.“
