Dujmovits lucky under the circumstances
On Thursday, the reigning Olympic PSL champion fell from the training tool and suffered a luxation of her right elbow.
After a MRI test the following day, doctors in the Hospital Oberwart diagnosed an hairline crack of the radial head as well as a laceration of the collateral ligament.
“Fortunately, the injury isn't as bad as expected in the first place. I will make sure to give my elbow and my soul a little bit of a rest,” said the 28-years-old athlete from Burgenland.
“I guess I will be back when the raceboard team will have its first on-snow training camp in Zermatt beginning of September. Until then, I will check what yoga exercises are still possible.”
