Robert Kranjec injured in fall
Robert Kranjec seriously injured his arm in a crash during training in Innsbruck, Austria.
The Ski Flying World Champion from 2012 had problems right after the take-off at the Bergisel-hill and fell. He returned back home to Slovenia right away where he had to undergo surgery in Jesenice.
According to a report on delo.si, the 34-year-old is doing fine under the circumstances and he will probably be able to leave the hospital again already on Saturday.
Right now it's not clear yet, for how long the Slovene, who achieved three podium finished during this year's FIS Grand Prix, will be sidelined.
