Jarl Riiber not seriously injured after misfortune
Jarl Riiber has returned from the hospital after he dislocated his should during today’s race in Lahti. No broken bones or other serious damages were diagnosed but it is still impossible to say how long the 18-year-old’s recovery break will have to be, the Norwegian Ski Federation stated on their website.
Together with the physiotherapist, the team doctor and the medial staff of the Junior World Championships, it was decided that Riiber will not travel to Romania on Sunday as planned but will return home instead to focus on the recovery process for his shoulder.
