Norway's Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen has confirmed to NRK.no that she will continue with her World Cup career focusing on Lahti 2017.  Jacobsen had been unsure whether she could continue top level ski racing while also completing her medical school studies.  

"I have been meeting with the university and they were very positive. So it is not certain I can study in the way I want. But we find at least a solution," stated Jacobsen. When asked by NRK if she keeps skiing? "Yes, at least next year."
