Uganda will be represented at the Winter Olympics at Sochi-2014 for the first time in history. 

The first athlete from Uganda to participate in the Winter Olympic Games will be the 20-year old snowboarder Brolin Mavedje (on photo). He lives in the USA and recently visited his native country for the first time.
