Marlies Schild: “Plans? To get metal out of my leg”
The Austrian alpine skier Marlies Schild, the most successful slalom-skier of the world, gives her fans a hope to see her further performance.
“I still have a strong motivation on further performance. Before I do something , I need some time for a rest, then I will have a surgery. It’s time to get rid of a metal pin in my leg, which I have since 2008” – Schild says.
