Huge honor for Peter Prevc: He was voted "Athlete of the Year" in Slovenia for the second consecutive year.

Last winter the 22-year-old won one silver and one bronze medal at the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, bronze at the Ski Flying World Championships in Harrachov, the overall title in the Ski Flying World Cup and finished second in the overall World Cup.

Peter Prevc won the title, which is awarded by the Sports Journalists Association of Slovenia, with 318 points ahead of ice hockey player Anze Kopitar (196 points) and snowboarder Zan Kosir (168 points).
