Simon Ammann left the hospital
Five days after his fall in Bischosfhofen, Simon Ammann was now released from the hospital.
"I'm feeling better and I'm happy that I can go home now. I was in the best hands here in Schwarzach and I want to thank everyone who supported me over the last couple of days", said the Swiss, who will travel home together with his coach Martin Kuenzle.
"Simon Ammann still needs a lot of rest and he will now recover from the severe concussion at home. Right now it's still totally open when he will be able to start training again", team doctor Walter O. Frey explained the state of health of the 33-year-old.
