After already athletes, fans and friends from all over the world donated money to support Nick Fairall after his crash, now also sponsors of ski jumping participate in the fundraising activity.

The two long time partners of the Austrian ski jumping national team, OMV and Volksbank, donated a total of € 10 000,- in order help the American to get the best possible therapy and treatment after his severe spine injury.

"In these difficult times, ski jumping shows that neither nationality nor the degree of fame make a difference and that each and every one is part of the family. And so a fundraising campaign was started spontaneously in order to allow the ski jumper to cover the costs of the expensive therapy", it says in the media release.
