FIS was saddened to learn about the passing of its long-serving Nordic Combined Technical Delegate Kai Arne Ringen (NOR) who died on 21^st December at the age of 75, shortly after being diagnosed with cancer.

Kai Arne Ringen was a member of the Lillehammer FIS World Cup Organising Committee and President of the ‘Club Last Vikings’ a group consisting of Nordic Combined Technical Delegates.

FIS would like to express its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Kai Arne Ringen whose passion, commitment and contributions to the sport of Nordic Combined will not be forgotten.
