Positive feedback from Ruka in preparation for the FIS Nordic Opening weekend 26-27 November.  

"Snow situation is good and 5 km competition course is covered with man-made snow. The same is situation with ski test area. So all the competition venues are prepared for the Nordic Opening 2016/17. The weather prognoses is also promising, winter like weather will continue for at least the next 10 days," reports Jyri Pelkonen Director of the Olympic Training Center at the Vuokatti Sports Institute.
