The 15th edition of the Youth and Children’s Seminar on 4th October in Zurich (SUI) was the largest to date with 137 attendees from 51 countries.

Dear Ski Friends and Family,
With the turn of the calendar to October along with the conclusion of the Southern Hemisphere season and the autumn chill in the air, it can only mean that it is time for us to turn our attention to the slopes and the start of the FIS Nordic and Alpine Ski World Cup seasons.

After hosting the successful World Championships in 2015 but many tough years for the disciplines of Nordic Combined and Ski Jumping in Sweden, new steps are taken to bring the two Nordic sports back into the fold in the Scandinavian country.

The annual FIS Leaders’ Seminar was successfully staged last weekend in Brussels (BEL) with a diverse group of more than 45 participants from 24 different nations.

Video walls, lights and electronic displays are normally associated with top tier events, however thanks to MediaTec Group they are now available to Bring Children to the Snow.
