Today, 1st November at 00:07 the first electric train “Swallow” left Sochi railway station to go to “Krasnaya Polyana” ski resort.

There was no railway connection between Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana, before the combined auto-mobile-railway road Adler-“Alpika-Service” was built.
